5 reasons you should be covering yourself with coffee

Coffee is life.

This magical unicorn nectar is the reason the world still spins.

Coffee already does so much for us, It makes me a nicer person in the morning.

It helps me get my work done during the day. It gives me the energy to get out at night. And most important, it makes my skin look and feel amazing.

So before we take a moment to say thank you to this magical bean

I’d like to elaborate on how coffee can help your skin look and feel amazing.

Coffee is a great natural exfoliator.

The texture of the grounds help exfoliate the skin and remove dead skin cells

Just incase you haven’t had your coffee this morning, I’ll explain it simply

This means you’ll have smoother, cleaner skin.

So soft and smooth...

Coffee helps reduce cellulite.
The glorious caffeine in coffee helps dehydrate your fatty cells, causing the cellulite to appear diminished and making your skin smoother.

The coffee scrub also helps bring blood flow to the area.

Arabica coffee has a high fatty acid profile which increases collagen production.

Collagen helps improve the skin’s elasticity. Simply said this helps prevent wrinkles.

Coffee is added as an ingredient to many anti-aging products because of its skin tightening abilities.

Coffee helps minimize the appearance of stretch marks and fine lines so rub that stuff all over!

Coffee is a great antioxidant. Antioxidants help prevent free radical damage. Again, just incase you haven’t had your coffee this morning, simply said free radical damage increases the rate at which your skin ages. By preventing free radical damage your skin stays healthier for longer.

Lastly covering yourself in coffee is super awesome, I didn’t think you would need an excuse to do it, but I thought i’d give you some anyways.

So now you can:

1)Sound smart by sharing your coffee knowledge with friends

2)Look gorgeous by covering yourself in coffee

Just to clarify, I’m not telling you to go to your nearest Starbucks and pour your drink over yourself or someone else in the name of healthy skin.

I’m telling you to get those freshly roasted beans, grind them up and start scrubbing.

There are two ways to do this, you can DIY it with some coffee grounds.

Or you can check out our natural Coffee Vanilla and Coffee Mint body scrubs that are made with essential oils, vitamin e and organic coconut oil to make sure your scrub experience is 100% awesome.
